PCPs become more confident in treating patients with complex conditions in their own practice through specialist and primary care collaborative, case-based learning. Mentors are from Rutgers-RWJ Medical School, RWJBarnabas Health, Children’s Specialized Hospital, NJ Children’s System of Care, and Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.
